12-Month Limited Craftsmanship Warranty

Every Essenza Verda jewelry piece is covered by a 12-month limited craftsmanship warranty from the date of delivery.

What This Warranty Covers

The warranty covers manufacturing defects that arise under normal wear, including issues with structural workmanship, clasps, settings, and assembly.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, natural oxidation or tarnishing of sterling silver, surface scratches, accidental impact, misuse, improper storage or care, loss or theft, chain damage caused by pulling or snagging, or stone loss/damage caused by impact or external force.

How to Make a Claim

Please email hello@essenza-verda.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. We will review the claim and, where the issue is covered, provide an appropriate repair, replacement, or other resolution at our discretion.

This limited warranty is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
